I finally scrapped a digi LO yesterday! I have had crawings for sooo long, so yesterday when Lauren Reid gave the catscrap crew a challenge..I finally did it! And I couldn´t stop – so I went ahead and made another one

In little ol´ Denmark I am hosting the BOM challenge (yes, I talked about it before hehe) – we are now started and the first subject is “Why I wan´t to make a BOM”. I bought the perfect paper from Autumn Leaves, it has the title “Life is what you make it”!

That is really something I want to share with my ds when he grows up – you can do anything you want to!
Another motto of mine is “Live life while you got it”..perhaps that will be another weeks prompt (hint hint to the danish girls who reads this blog!)

Today I got my exam dates..I have one the 23th and the 25th of May..and I am still in the dark with the last exam – which I know will be the same week, so I just hope it will be the 21th! It is paediatrics, gynaecology/Obstetrics and General Medicine I am going to be examed in..

OKay, I saw this over at Jessica Sprague´s blog – a visual DNA! As I am a very visual person (I can´t seem to learn anything if I don´t see/look at it the same time..LOL) this was super fun to do and my choices came so easy to me.

What else is new? I signed up to Mosh Posh!! They had the most wonderful kit for May, so I just had to sign up I love bright colors, so the kit was perfect – can´t wait to get started with it

Yesterday evening I attented a creative handwriting/doodled course at my LSS – it was fun and I think I need to go try it out this weekend on a LO or 2!

Over at dreampapers.dk I am hosting a challenge – the BOM! Each other week I will post a new challenge and an example LO – it is going to be so much fun and I really hope people will join in as a BOM will be such a gift for yourself and your family many years from now. As some of you might now I am on a “diet” right now..so far I have lost 16.9 lbs in 5 weeks! How cool is that So yesterday I decided to give myself a “little” treat..I went nuts in the stores and bought a whole lot of clothes! And these clip claps from Crocs:

Can´t wait to get them (ordered them online) – I use crocs when I am at the hospital and they are so comfortable

I have had to quit 4 of my creative teams b/c I have to study hard for my final exams in about a months time! And i June I should be completely done with school and ready to work as a MD But sadly this leaves no or only a little bit of time for scrapping so I had to say goodby to Ash Olson, Jessica Bolton and Shawna Clingerman I love them all so much, but hey..now they will have a loyal customer forever

I did manage to scrap a few paper LOs – Asbjoern loves to touch and look at them, so I thought I would make some papers LOs just for him in my precious scrapping time!

Here is some of them. The first one managed to be spotlighted at ACOT! Fun

This LO shows a photo with ALL 3 of us on it..that is the only familiy portrait we own..gotta work on that! I have put a digital frame on the photo before printing it..

And then I did a LO from a sketch a the SWE blog – and it was picked and it featured on the blog today – Great fun again!

Asbjoern is getting 2 new tooths at the moment..one of them hurts soo bad that the poor guy cries his eyes out and puts everything hard he can find in his mouth to soothe the pain..I hope it will go over soon!

The other day I cruised around Jeanne´s blog..and heard the most WONDERFUL song by Anna Nalick called Breathe (2am). Since then I have been having it on repeat from this site and I love it! But UGH I can´t buy it on iTunes in Denmark..and I can´t buy from the US iTunes site..so I am hoping that Denmark soon will discover this fantastic artist – she has SUCH a beautiful voice!

I think this blog is going to be a little both paper and digi – and not only digi as before..because I actually enjoy paper scrapping again..it takes my mind of things when I can´t multitask..when I am doing digi LOs I often surf the boards and galleries, talk to dh and watch tv all at the same time *phew*!

Okay back to studying..

This weekend has been so great! Fantastic weather, wonderful time spend with the family and a cyber crop!

I have been taking up paper scrapping again lately and have had so much fun doing it Today a danish scrapsite hosted a cyber crop with different challenges, and it was so much fun. Because it was such great weather and I wanted to be outside I only did one challenge – to make a LO using only one color cardstock and nothing else! I did this:

We bought a sandbox for Asbjoern yesterday and he absolutely loves it! But he thought the rake was too small..so he grabbed ours instead! My goodness, that boy got muscles!!

Today we visited my BIL and SIL – Ingrid just gave birth to the most beautiful baby girl! She is going to be named Marie
I want one too LOL! I hope my SIL will start scrapbooking now hehe..Can you imagine the wonderful PINK LOs she could make?

I did the scrapjack lift this time and it was actually VERY inspiring, since it was a different kind of LO than I would normally consider lifting! Go check it out!

I love the long weekend (5 days), where we can just relax and be together without worrying about work or anything, just enjoy the family time! I guess this will be the last year where the holiday won´t be interrupted by my work, since I finish med school in june and after that it is just hard work..and as a young doc I will be getting all the terrible days to work on..christmas, easter, new year and so on..well just another reason to enjoy the easter even more this year!

I have been been on a diet the last 2 weeks, a serious one this time – this time I want to loose weight and KEEP the weight loss forever! I have just cut down on my meal sizes, given up soft drinks and said no to candy and cakes. And it actually doesn´t feel so hard this time around – maybe because I have not been forced to eat differently than the rest of the family.

So far I have lost 9,7 lbs!!

Okay after a serious period of not feeling inspired to scrap I made a page yesterday with some new fresh, straight off the camera photos

I used a lot of different goodies, but it all started with Nancy Comelab´s fab frames and I just build the page from them! Oh, please go check out Nancy´s blog – she is having a fun contest on it!

I also took part in Lift with a twist, love that site! I lifted Darla and used Shabby Princess´ products – gotta love that!

I love that photo of my son – he looks so cute and kinda “grown up” already

Last but not least, I have to show you a LO I did with my son falling asleep in our car – he always does that even on a small trip hehe..
